PDR wanted to exploit its participation at Productronica, the industry leading event in Germany, by ensuring its exhibition stand reflected the quality of its products. It was also the first time the client had attended the show in its own right. Vertical were tasked with project managing PDR’s attendance at the show, including the design and build of the stand as well as all publicity surrounding the event.

Vertical managed all pre-show activities with the event organisers as well as other third parties to ensure that the client had a purpose built stand ready to use on day one of the exhibition. This included booking the floor space, liaising with import/export services to ensure clearance of consignments, stand construction and design, booking hotels, catalogue entries, catering and cleaning requirements. At the end of the exhibition Vertical were responsible for disassembly of the stand and the removal of all products and utilities.

PDR enjoyed a highly successful show, with increased visibility of brand awareness. The well-designed layout of the stand allowed ample room for the client to meet not only prospective customers but representatives of his distributor network. It also gave the client professional exposure to additional distributor partners in territories not previously covered.
