With over 2,000 products across interior, exterior, domestic, commercial and retail lighting, JCC needed a website that could simplify the selection process for customers across their entire product range. Additional functionality was also required to enable users to calculate potential energy savings and correct lamp specification.

Using the database of products, a logical structure for each of the groups was created, so users can easily find them at a glance from the home page. The result is a clean, eye-catching website with additional tools including low energy calculators and tools, plus extensive search capabilities.

JCC's product offer is backed by a 500 page catalogue, but as the company introduces new products throughout the year, an additional approach was required to ensure that customers were kept updated regularly.

JCC HighLIGHTS is emailed to wholesalers across the UK and features new product updates, news from JCC and industry news. Our advanced campaign software manages JCC’s database, dealing with subscriptions, un-subscriptions and perhaps most importantly generating a report, which allows them to see exactly how many people have opened the email successfully, how many people went on to click through to the website and to what pages. It's this sort of full circle reporting that ensures our clients see exactly how successful their activity is.
